Field Station is a lodging brand from the AutoCamp Hospitality Group, built to bring rooms, gear, and community together for the outdoor crowd. The brand sits at an interesting intersection: hotel infrastructure, outdoor retail, and community programming all under one roof. The site needed to handle bookings as the primary commercial action while telling a richer story about what makes Field Station different from a hotel, an outfitter, or a community space alone.
Booking Forward
A persistent booking entry sits across every page, with a location switcher between Moab and Joshua Tree that anticipates the multi-destination future. The booking flow is the spine of the experience without crowding out the brand storytelling.
Card-First UI
The interface surfaces room details, Van Life posts, and gear offerings as cards rather than buried lists. The visitor scans laterally rather than diving deep, which matches how outdoor planning actually happens: comparison-first, commitment-second.
Built To Scale
The design system supports new destinations as they open. New locations slot into the existing template structure with their own photography, content, and local programming without requiring template rebuilds. The system grows with the brand's expansion.
