T.M. Crest Homes was treating every new community launch as a separate brand exercise, building one-off microsites and disconnected sales collateral for each project. The result was a portfolio that worked individually but failed to compound into a coherent parent brand. The team needed a master system that could power any community launch without rebuilding from scratch, while still letting each community feel like its own place.
The Master Brand
We repositioned T.M. Crest around a new tagline, A Design For Life., and rebuilt the master identity to feel both established and approachable. The system anchors the company at the corporate level while leaving room for each community to express its own character.
The Community System
Each community lives as a section of the master website rather than a separate microsite. Communities carry their own sticky navigation, color theme, and type styling, but all draw from the same component library. New launches now slot into the system in days, not weeks.
The Digital Foundation
A custom CMS architecture handles the multi-community structure so the team can spin up new pages without developer involvement. Analytics, registration forms, and inventory updates all flow through one connected system.
