Vesterra Properties was launching a single townhome community beside Tynehead Park in Surrey, and the project needed a clear, modern brand and a microsite that could pull registrations through without ceremony. Townhome marketing in the Lower Mainland tends to default to either over-polished luxury aesthetics or under-considered functional pages. Westwood needed to land between those poles: contemporary enough to feel current, trustworthy enough to convert.
A Woodcut Identity
We built an identity around woodcut-inspired imagery that reads as both contemporary and rooted. The natural reference to the adjacent park gives the brand a specific place to belong, which matters when buyers are choosing not just a home but a setting.
Positioning For Fit
We shaped the positioning around the specific buyer profile: families and downsizers who want park-adjacent living without losing connection to the city. The messaging surfaces the location's value without forcing the developer's standard sales-led tone.
A Tight Registration Path
The WordPress microsite was designed to move from interest to registration in as few steps as possible. Floor plans, amenities, and the registration form all sit within one continuous scroll, removing the friction of navigating across multiple pages to commit.
