Platform Legitimacy System
One partner. One system.
A platform that looks institutional from day one and stays that way as it grows.
The full buildout plus embedded support. We own the story, brand, website, decks, documents, and market-facing systems. Then we stay close to keep it aligned as the business evolves.
Book a Discovery CallFor Whom
Sponsor-backed, founder-led, and operator-led platforms in infrastructure, energy, industrial, data, real estate, and adjacent complex sectors.
Newly formed companies with strong leadership and a compelling opportunity that do not yet look as credible externally as they are internally. Teams preparing for investor conversations, customer meetings, lender discussions, partner outreach, hiring, or strategic growth.
Companies that need one embedded partner for consistency across every market-facing touchpoint instead of five disconnected vendors.
What You Get
Five integrated systems.
Each one solves a specific problem that costs you credibility when it is missing.
- 01 Platform Narrative System
A clear story your team agrees on. A messaging system tuned for investors, customers, partners, lenders, and hires. Proof points, objection maps, and a boilerplate that travels.
- 02 Authority Identity Kit
A brand identity calibrated to feel institutional. Visual language, practical rules, and templates for common materials.
- 03 Market-Ready Digital Stack
Launch website, business email setup, signature systems, and communication standards. A scalable foundation.
- 04 Operating Brand Stack
Deck templates, branded document templates, data room structure, and investor-facing standards. Everything looks like it comes from the same company.
- 05 Embedded Support Layer
Ongoing support for decks, documents, web updates, and communication assets. A partner who already knows the company, so execution gets faster over time, not slower.
Timeline
A three to four month core buildout, then ongoing embedded support on monthly retainer.
- Weeks 1 to 4. Story, positioning, and identity.
- Weeks 5 to 10. Digital presence and core systems.
- Weeks 11 to 16. Launch materials and brand operations.
- Ongoing. Embedded monthly retainer.
If you have a hard external date (conference, board meeting, investor process, regulatory milestone), we work backward from that and tighten accordingly.
Investment
USD $85,000 to $100,000 over the first 12 months. Exact fee depends on complexity, stakeholder count, website scope, operational setup needs, and the amount of ongoing support required.
- Usually structured as an upfront booking fee (10 to 20% at signing) plus a monthly retainer over 12 months. The first phase is heavier as we build the story, identity, website, and core systems. Then the engagement continues as embedded support.
- Milestone-based confidence. The engagement is structured in phases with explicit sign-offs. You see the narrative, identity, and strategic direction before the heavier buildout begins. You are never locked into paying for a system you are not confident in.
- Hard costs (hosting, domains, printing, stock media, third-party tools, specialist vendors) are billed separately.
How to Start
Three steps. No back and forth.
- 01
Fit call. 15 to 30 minutes.
Confirm goals, timing, key audiences, and whether this is the right fit.
- 02
Scope note & commercial structure.
A short scope note outlining the platform, priorities, timeline, and fee structure.
- 03
Service agreement.
Simple agreement for e-signature covering scope, fee, payment structure, and confidentiality.
Once signed and the booking fee is paid, we send the onboarding pack, schedule kickoff, and begin building the core platform system.
Commonly Asked
-
Why would we pay for ongoing support after the build?
Because the business does not stop evolving. Without someone holding the standard, the brand drifts within months. New decks get built off-brand. Web copy gets updated by someone who was not part of the original thinking. The retainer is continuity, not dependency. Closer to having your own Director of Marketing for a fraction of the cost.
-
You are one person. Why not an agency?
One point of accountability. Specialists come in for narrow technical needs, but the thinking, creative direction, and relationship run through one person. With an agency, you get a pitch from the senior team and the work gets handed to someone you have never met. Here, the person you talk to is the person doing the work.
-
What if we only need a website or a deck?
That is usually a sign the problem runs deeper than one asset. If the company is newly formed or repositioning, we recommend starting with an Audit or Sprint instead of a single deliverable that gets rebuilt later. If it is a contained project, it likely lives under Brand and Web Projects.
-
We have been burned by a branding partner before.
Fair. Ask for references. We will connect you with current and past clients so you can hear about the work and the relationship directly from the people living it.
-
How many clients do you take at a time?
Up to five System clients, staggered so buildout phases do not overlap. The cap is how we keep the relationship close, which is the whole point of the model.
Ready to make your platform look as serious as it actually is?
A 30-minute call to understand the platform, the timeline, and whether this is the right fit. If it is, you will have a scope and fee the next day.
