The terms of any paid engagement, including scope, changes, client responsibilities, payment, confidentiality, cancellation, and ownership of deliverables, are set out in the individual service agreement signed at the start of each project. Where a signed service agreement applies, it governs that engagement.

Use of the website

The website and its content (including text, images, design, code, and other materials) are owned by DavDeo Design and Consulting Inc. or used with permission from third parties.

You may view, share, and reference content from the site for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute content from the site for commercial use without written permission.

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content on the site.

Intellectual property

Ownership of any work produced as part of a paid engagement is governed by the service agreement signed for that project, not by these website terms.

Limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided for general information. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its content.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website. Liability relating to any paid engagement is addressed in the service agreement for that engagement.

The website may link to third-party services such as Calendly, Instagram, and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, or content of these external sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
