White Lodging is a leading owner, developer, and operator of premium hotels and restaurants in the U.S., founded in 1985 and now managing ~60 high-end urban and lifestyle hotels
The Problem
The corporate site spoke to investors more than candidates. Recruiting needed to be the front door.
Property and restaurant sites needed a multi-brand framework with room for distinct content and tools.
Marketing for flagship destinations underperformed and required a top-down rebuild.
Our Approach
Start with audiences and outcomes, not layouts. We mapped three primary journeys—candidates, guests, and corporate—then designed clear paths for each.
Messaging for recruiting. Rewrite the corporate story for job seekers and students; prioritize a video-forward experience; plug in HR platforms; wire up analytics and SEO.
System over one-offs. Create a design system and component library that supports many properties and restaurants, each with its own brand and integrations.
Performance-minded marketing. Audit paid and organic programs, rebuild accounts, and tighten measurement so creative and spend work harder.
